GOOD BEER - reasonable prices - decent food.
The Big Dick in Denver is an awesome small park. You walk in and they have a beer cooler with dozens of microbrews. All sorts of food options including doughnut holes made right in front of you.

So does anyone know about a story that abc 13 is going to run at 10pm about a stadium built with supporters $$?

I just can't see the Galleria area being viable at all. The land is owned by the developer and let's face it, the bottom line for the Dynamo in building a stadium on City owned property is the ability to capture all of the revenue. I just don't see…

There are 38 Dynamo games planned for 2009 (30 MLS/8 CONCACAF). 21 of the games are nationally televised (ESPN, FSC, Telefutura), so you will get all of them on satellite. The remaining 17 games are on KHOU. Eight of the KHOU games are simulcast on Fox Sports Houston, so you can get those eight games on satellite as well.
That leaves you with a balance of 9 out of 38 games that can’t be seen on satellite.
It’s my understanding from people in the TV world that you can still get 11.2 if you have a digital television. We’ve been told that most digital TV’s have built in tuners that can pick up 11.2 “over the air”.
Your other option would be to purchase the MLS Direct Kick package which will give you all of the MLS games every week, including those on KHOU.
We recognize that this is not the perfect situation for some viewers, but the opportunity for us to start a relationship with KHOU and grow the Dynamo alongside 11.2 was too good to pass up. Eventually, 11.2 will be everywhere, and we plan to be right there with them in a big way.
