Big night for Lovel Palmer as Dynamo take on Chicago in 'community' doubleheader......
Games like tonight against Chicago (7pm Houston Baptist University) can go a long way towards a player earning a contract. Which leads me to central midfield player Lovel Palmer from Jamaica who needs to make an impact to secure a contract with the Dynamo.
Palmer seem restrained and a bit in fear of making a mistake against Austin this past Sunday so one hopes those shackles come off of him tonight against Chicago.

Amazing United take the Carling Cup.........Dynamo All Access radio Monday night at 7pm on Sports Talk 790 AM
Manchester United won the Carling Cup today over Aston Villa 2-1 on a 74th minute header from Wayne Rooney. Former U.S. international Brad Friedel played in goal for Villa.
Having watched this game on Setanta I marvel at the ability of manager Alex Ferguson to continually refresh United year after year with youthful talent and energy and remain in the position of winning trophies. They win so much that at times I believe it is taken for granted.
